1. Who we are

AUNIRA (the "app") is provided by Jangar Global Commerce LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.

2. What AUNIRA is — and is not

AUNIRA describes cultural traditions — numerology, Western astrology, Mongolian, Tibetan and Chinese astrology, and palmistry — as material for self-reflection and entertainment. Calculations follow published methods; interpretations are general descriptions, not facts about you.

AUNIRA does not provide medical, psychological, financial, investment or legal advice, and it does not predict health, illness, death, money or other future events. Do not make important decisions based on the app. If you need professional help, please contact a qualified professional.

3. AI-generated content

Two features are written by artificial intelligence from your calculated results: your Full Report (My AUNIRA) and your palm reading. All other explanations come from our own written texts. AI text can be inaccurate or incomplete. It is offered in the same spirit of self-reflection and entertainment.

4. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect data of younger people; if we learn of it, we delete it.
• You sign in with an email link or with Google. Keep access to your email and Google account secure; you are responsible for activity in your account.
• Give accurate information. Birth data are used only to calculate your profile.
• You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

5. Other people's data

If you add a partner or another person (for example for compatibility), you confirm that they have agreed to you entering their name and birth details. Do not add people under 16.

6. Free features, Premium and payment

• Some features are free; others are paid — either a one-time report (for example a Full Report or a Compatibility Report) or a Premium subscription. What is included and the price are shown before you pay. A one-time report stays available in your account.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Premium renews automatically for the same period at the same price shown at purchase, unless you cancel before the renewal time. We will tell you in advance about any price change, and you can cancel before it applies.
• Before each yearly renewal we send a reminder email.
• Prices may include or add taxes depending on your country; the total is shown at checkout.
• If a free trial or introductory offer is shown, its length and the price after it are stated on the payment screen; you can cancel during the trial without being charged.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel in the app (Settings → Membership) at any time until the renewal moment; Premium then stays active until the end of the paid period. Deleting your account cancels the subscription. Refunds are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break security, scrape content, overload the service or reverse-engineer it.
• Do not upload photos of other people's hands without their permission, or any unlawful or offensive content.
• Do not resell or publish the app's texts as your own.

9. Our content

The app, its design and its texts belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing your own results with friends.

10. Availability and changes to the app

We work to keep AUNIRA available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue Premium, we refund the unused part of a prepaid period.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of USD 50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law while using the app and this causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

14. Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; where reasonable we will warn you first and refund any unused prepaid period unless the account was closed for fraud.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Please contact us first — most issues can be solved quickly. Any dispute will be heard by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and date are shown at the top. We will notify you at least 14 days before a material change takes effect; if you do not agree, you may cancel and delete your account.

17. Electronic communications and language

You agree to receive notices from us by email and in the app. These terms are written in English; translations are provided for convenience, and if they differ, the English version prevails.

18. General

If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business.
